There is always "one bad apple in every bunch" and in this company that "bad apple" is Javier. He is quite rude and unprofessional. We had the unpleasant experience of having to deal with his lack of communication, misinformation and attitude issues. Nothing went well with this broker. I highly recommend avoiding this business if looking for a smooth and timely closing. Too much to detail here except to say "he dropped the ball" every step of the way...
